Embassy of Spain in the United States

In relation to visa procedures for Spain, Yabogados handles legal matters connected with spanish visa refusals, the review of unfavourable decisions and the study of possible appeals against administrative decisions adopted by Spanish authorities abroad. This type of assistance may be especially relevant when a visa to travel to, reside in, study in, reunite with family in or carry out an activity in Spain has been refused, and it is necessary to assess whether the decision is sufficiently reasoned, whether the submitted documentation has been properly evaluated or whether there are legal grounds to challenge the visa refusal.
